The King George (or the Dredger as it is sometimes known) was
scuttled in the 1920s and fortunately landed upright in a large sandhole. This
means that this wreck is one of only a couple in Bermuda that divers can
penetrate. The visibility is not great by Bermudian standards, but this means
that the swim down is pretty impressive. As you head down the mooring line, the
top of the superstructure slowly looms out of the silt.
